Bill Griffiths, the founder of Positive Path Fitness, has transformed his life by overcoming personal health challenges, respiratory issues and lung surgery. Not at all. We can train at home—indoors, outdoors, or anywhere you feel most comfortable. My approach is all about helping you feel confident and supported from day one.
That’s absolutely fine. Many of my clients start as complete beginners. I’ll guide you step by step, at a pace that suits you, whether it’s your first time or you’re getting back into it.
No equipment needed to start. All you need is comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. We'll build from there as your confidence grows.
Your safety comes first. I’ll take the time to understand your health background and tailor your training around any limitations. The goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence—at your own pace. I’ve been there myself, having overcome multiple surgeries, and I know firsthand how to adapt fitness to support recovery and long-term health.
